  1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Sidetracker platform and all services offered by Sidetracker. By accessing our platform or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. License

Sidetracker grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with the provisions of these Terms. This right is strictly limited to your internal business use.

  1. Account registration and management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately inform Sidetracker of any unauthorized use of your account.

  1. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, you must pay Sidetracker for the use of the platform according to the rates applicable at that time. All payments are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

  1. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Sidetracker platform and associated documentation remain the property of Sidetracker or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer these rights to the User.

  1. Restrictions

You may not use the Sidetracker platform in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms. You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to create derivative works based on the platform.

  1. Termination

Sidetracker may terminate or suspend your access to the platform if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease, and you must stop all use of the platform.

  1. Liability

Sidetracker’s liability for damages arising from or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause, is limited to the amounts you have paid to Sidetracker in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

  1. Changes

Sidetracker reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be published on our website.

  1. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
